Experts and enthusiasts, our guides
will take you to meet the kestrel, the
emblematic pink pigeon and the Mauritius
Echo parakeet, and teach you to recognise
ebony, bois clou, takamaka and many
other indigenous species.
Located just a few minutes from our
hiking trails and overlooking the
majestic south-east lagoon and its
islands, the Ferney Falaise Rouge restaurant
offers authentic local cuisine with seasonal
fruit and vegetables, mostly from
our own farms and gardens.
Any online reservation must
be carried out at a minimum
72 hours in advance.
